The Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. project already has used the Mon-Fayette Expressway. The various locations will include Regent Square and the county courthouse. Ndea Tolliver strolled up to the jail this morning in hopes of visiting her boyfriend. Though Crowe and company thwarted her plans, Tolliver wasn't upset especially when she learned Crowe was in the film. "I like him," said Tolliver, 19, of the North Side, who was pushing her infant, Antonio, in a stroller. "He's a very good actor." Crowe has starred in "L.A. Confidential," "Gladiator" and "A Beautiful Mind."
