Why we live in Regent Square?

 We were first attracted to this neighborhood by the charming variety of homes in a close-knit community –all located conveniently to many areas of Pittsburgh.

A real neighborhood with sidewalks, brick streets, parks and… neighbors.

 Our expectations of the area were met and exceeded in the four years we have lived and played in Regent Square. This community within walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars, etc…, is very social. There are summer block parties, the Run Around the Square race, annual neighborhood garage sale, Frick Park(!!!), endless opportunities for bocci ball and impromptu gatherings around a grill. Did I mention how great Halloween is in Regent Square?

 In fact we like it so much, we are moving down the street.
